Getting started and language#

Where should I start if I do not want to code?

Choose standalone Grok or Grok in X according to where you want to work. You can skip the API section. Continue with your first useful task.

Must I ask questions in English?

Start in the language that lets you explain your needs precisely. If the result is weak, correct the specific wording or add an example. Slovak text output does not confirm a Slovak interface or voice. See voice and prompting.

Why does someone else have different tools?

Compare product, platform, plan, region and app version. One screenshot is not evidence of general availability. Follow the diagnostic workflow.

Is Grok Bot the same as ordinary chat or Projects?

No. Grok Bot has its own chapter; start with the comparison of chat, Projects and Bot. If it suits your task, continue by checking access and trying a first task with a result check.

Billing and limits#

What does Grok cost in Slovakia?

See the verified public price list. Check the final Slovak price including VAT at checkout in your own account; we do not present an estimate as an official local price.

Why do I still see SuperGrok?

Legacy and new plans can coexist. Before changing, read the transition rules and check what happens to accounts and payments.

Is the API included in my subscription?

Access and usage are different. For details and the documentation conflict, see API and subscriptions and usage.

What is my exact daily limit?

Do not rely on historical message counts without checking. Open your usage and reset view; the plan and activity matter.

I paid but cannot see my plan. Should I buy again?

First compare your account, sign-in method and latest receipt. Prepare the details using the report template. Another purchase may create another charge.

Data and sharing#

Does disabling training make everything private?

Review training, personalisation, memory, history and shared links separately. Follow the privacy check.

Does Private Chat have zero retention?

Do not assume so. See the documented retention period and exceptions, and verify that the mode is active.

Does a European account automatically keep data in the EU?

We make no such promise. See the European addendum’s scope and processing location under Europe.

Can I send a colleague a chat link?

First check what is exposed, to whom, and whether access can be revoked. If the result alone is enough, share cleaned text. Use the public-link checklist.

How do I download or delete history?

Start with an export and check that it opens. Then choose the deletion scope using the data and account workflow.

Answer quality and this guide#

Why did Grok cite a source that does not exist?

Fluent text is not verification. Open every important source and check that it supports the claim. If the source is unavailable, mark the claim unverified. Continue with source checking.

Should I start a new chat for every correction?

That is not a universal rule. Correct the specific error first. A new conversation with a checked summary can help when tasks become mixed or context is difficult to follow.

Is Grok po lopate an official guide?

No. This is an independent guide. Changing facts include sources, verification dates and limitations. A checked date does not mean every feature was personally tested.

Does the Prompt Workshop send my request to Grok?

The workshop on this site assembles text locally in your browser. You copy the result and paste it into your chosen service yourself.

Product claims are based on publicly opened sources. We did not personally test a signed-in Slovak account. Prompts are original examples; sample outputs are illustrative.
